I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with well-maintained facilities and spacious rooms, including two balconies. The location close to the highway was convenient, especially for those coming over the Brenner Pass. The staff was friendly and helpful, always taking the time to assist guests. The breakfast provided was delicious and satisfying.

During our romantic escape, we enjoyed the spacious rooms and the welcoming staff. the hotel's great location made it easy to explore the stunning mountains and nearby passes. We particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast offered every morning. It gave us the energy we needed for our daily hikes.

Noisy pets and small towels. Unfortunately, we did have a few negative experiences.

It was refreshing to experience such dedication and care from the hotel staff. the location of the hotel was perfect for us, as it was conveniently situated near the Brenner Pass. This made it easy for us to explore the beautiful Alps and enjoy the breathtaking views. the food at the hotel was absolutely superb, especially the breakfast. The fresh and delicious meals provided a great start to our day.

One aspect that could be improved upon is the handling of a barking dog. It would have been better if the dog was brought indoors a bit earlier, as it could be a bit disruptive at times.
